These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the TattooKhamun website and the services provided through it. By accessing or using our website, booking a service, purchasing a membership, or participating in any TattooKhamun activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
TattooKhamun offers tattoo services, consultations, memberships, payment plans, gift cards, community access, events, and related services.
All services are subject to availability and TattooKhamun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at its discretion.
To book a tattoo session, consultation, Member Day, or other service, you must provide accurate and complete information.
All bookings are subject to acceptance by TattooKhamun.
The following deposits apply:
1 Hour Session: €50
2 Hour Session: €75
3 Hour Session: €100
4 Hour Session: €125
5 Hour Session: €150
Full Day Session (6 Hours): €175
Deposits are deducted from the final session balance.
All services must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services and cancellation of future bookings.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment or failure to attend an appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Membership payments are non-refundable.
All designs, artwork, logos, photographs, content, branding, graphics, videos, and materials displayed by TattooKhamun remain the exclusive property of TattooKhamun unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or used without prior written permission.
If you submit reviews, testimonials, comments, photos, or other content, you grant TattooKhamun a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for promotional, marketing, educational, and business purposes.
You remain responsible for any content you submit.
TattooKhamun performs all services with reasonable care and professional skill.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TattooKhamun shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through communication and good faith negotiation.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
TattooKhamun reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the website and become effective upon publication.
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands.
Before receiving a tattoo, clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or health concerns.
By proceeding with a tattoo appointment, the client acknowledges the potential risks associated with tattooing and provides informed consent.
TattooKhamun reserves the right to refuse treatment if a health concern may create an unsafe situation.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving their tattoo design prior to the appointment.
Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges.
Custom design work may require a non-refundable deposit.
Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided after each tattoo session.
TattooKhamun is not responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Clients should seek medical attention if complications arise during healing.
TattooKhamun primarily serves clients aged 18 years and older.
Valid identification may be requested at any time.
TattooKhamun reserves the right to refuse service where age verification cannot be provided.
TattooKhamun reserves the right to refuse service, cancel appointments, or terminate services where deemed necessary for health, safety, ethical, legal, or professional reasons.
Client information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
TattooKhamun respects client confidentiality and will not disclose personal information except where required by law or necessary for business operations.
TattooKhamun operates in accordance with applicable laws, hygiene standards, industry regulations, and health requirements.
Clients remain responsible for complying with any legal or health-related obligations applicable to them.
Memberships are available only to individuals aged 18 years or older.
All memberships are entered into for a fixed term of twelve (12) months.
Memberships automatically expire at the end of the twelve-month period unless renewed by the member.

Two (2) Member Days per membership year
Each Member Day includes up to five (5) hours of tattoo session time

Three (3) Member Days per membership year
Each Member Day includes up to five (5) hours of tattoo session time
Member Days:
Are available exclusively to active members.
Must be booked in advance.
Are subject to availability.
Are personal and non-transferable.
Cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds, credits, or alternative services.
Expire at the end of the membership term if unused.
Membership includes access to TattooKhamun community platforms, exclusive communication channels, events, networking opportunities, educational content, and other member benefits.
Community benefits may change over time.
Complimentary touch-ups are available exclusively for tattoos completed by TattooKhamun.
TattooKhamun reserves the sole right to determine whether a touch-up is necessary.
Touch-up benefits remain available only while the membership remains active.
Custom payment plans are available only to active members and remain subject to approval by TattooKhamun.
If a payment remains outstanding, TattooKhamun may:
Suspend membership benefits;
Suspend access to Member Days;
Cancel or postpone appointments;
Restrict community access;
Suspend payment plan privileges.
Where payment remains unpaid after reasonable reminders, TattooKhamun reserves the right to engage collection agencies or pursue legal recovery procedures.
Statutory collection costs, interest, legal fees, and recovery costs permitted by Dutch law may be charged to the client.
Where permitted by applicable law, members remain responsible for agreed payment obligations throughout the membership term.
TattooKhamun shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, technical failures, or other force majeure events.
