Monthly Touch-Up Benefit:<\/strong> Subscribers are eligible for one free touch-up session per month, provided the subscription is active and all payments are up to date.
Artist Approval Required:<\/strong> Free touch-ups are subject to the approval of the tattoo artist, who will assess the condition of the tattoo and determine whether a touch-up is necessary.

The friend must provide valid identification upon arrival.
The Pharaoh\u2019s Mark and The Golden Ankh Project:<\/strong> These subscriptions are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual whose name is registered on the subscription.
Liability:<\/strong> You acknowledge and accept any associated risks with getting a tattoo.
Termination<\/strong>: Subscriptions automatically terminate at the end of the 12-month period.<\/p>

18. Payment Enforcement and Non-Payment Policy
<\/strong>Deposit Requirement:<\/strong> A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any tattoo session booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the scheduled session, unless otherwise specified.Late Payment Reminders & Fees:<\/strong><\/p>

1. First Reminder:<\/strong> Sent as a courtesy, free of charge.
2. Second Reminder:<\/strong> \u20ac10 administrative fee will be added to the outstanding amount.
3. Third Reminder:<\/strong> \u20ac15 administrative fee will be added, along with a warning that continued non-payment will result in escalation.
4. Final Warning:<\/strong> The full remaining balance of the subscription will become immediately due.<\/p>

Suspension of Services: <\/strong>If payments are not made by the due date, all scheduled sessions or subscription services will be suspended. Services will resume only after full settlement of outstanding amounts, including fees.<\/p>

Debt Recovery and Legal Action: In the event of unresolved payments, Tattookhamun may engage third-party debt collection agencies. All additional recovery costs, including legal fees, will be passed on to the client.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Debt Recovery <\/strong>: In cases of non-payment, Tattookhamun reserves the right to involve third-party debt collection agencies. Any additional costs incurred in recovering unpaid amounts will be passed on to the client. You agree to indemnify Tattoo Khamun for any legal or collection agency fees incurred as a result of your non-payment. Failure to settle outstanding payments within 30 days of the due date may also result in legal action being taken to recover the debt.<\/p>

Contract Termination:<\/strong> Tattookhamun may terminate any subscription or service agreement if payment is not received as agreed. The client will remain liable for any outstanding payments due up to the point of termination. Even in the case of early termination of a subscription due to non-payment or policy violations, you will remain liable for the remaining balance of the subscription term.<\/span><\/p>

Payment Methods: <\/strong>We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified on our website. All payments must be successfully processed before the session or subscription begins.<\/span><\/p>
